Responsibilities:
- Answers phones, greets clients, and responds to general inquiries for a medical practice
- Manages the lobby, maintaining a clean and orderly environment and ensuring company standards are being met
- Opens mail, organizes office files, and scans/mails documents
- Provides light administrative support to employees
- Manages & orders supplies
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Must be available Monday through Friday during normal business hours
- Bilingual strongly preferred
- 1 years customer service experience preferred with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be capable of maintaining regular and punctual attendance
- Must possess strong phone and computer skills
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient, employee and company proprietary information
- Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with patients, families, and other employees at all levels
- Must qualify based on background check, Drivers License status, and drug testing
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Lifting 10 lbs, sitting for long periods of time, standing, and bending.
Salary : $16 - $19
