Sierra Meadows Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to oversee the daily operations of our Adult Residential Treatment facility. This role ensures the seamless delivery of mental health services, including group therapy, individual sessions, case management, and compliance with documentation standards. The Social Worker will provide Milieu support, behavioral management training, and group consultation to staff while collaborating with the VP of Adult Clinical Services on clinical decisions. The Social Work Supervisor must possess leadership qualities necessary to effectively direct and guide the team. The Social Work Supervisor is responsible for quality assurance within the program.
The Social Work Supervisor can conduct group sessions, provide coaching, biopsychosocial evaluations, and behavioral management individually and in the milieu. Completes documentation for services rendered. The Social Work Supervisor runs treatment team meetings weekly for each RTC house, and runs clinical team meetings. The Social Work Supervisor will include facilitating case consultations participating in the development & implementation of clinical protocols. The Social Work Supervisor will be responsible for fostering a positive team environment.

Essential Functions:
- Oversees and reviews clinical team’s work procedures.
- Program Oversight: Ensure that group therapy sessions, individual counseling, and other programming occur as scheduled.
- Milieu Support: Foster a therapeutic environment by maintaining a structured and supportive setting for residents.
- Behavioral Management Training: Provide staff training on behavior management strategies to enhance client care and crisis intervention skills. Provides counsel, motivation, and guidance to clinical team.
- As needed, the Social Work Supervisor will also conduct group sessions, provide coaching, biopsychosocial evaluations, and behavioral management individually and in the milieu.
- Case Management Supervision: Oversee and support case managers in service coordination, treatment planning, and client advocacy.
- Coordinates trainings and provides documentation support
- Monitors clinical activities to ensure the integrity of the clinical programming bring provided to patients – such as chart audits, providing coaching to BHTs and clinical team.
- Responsible for collecting data and reporting on clinical outcomes as directed by the VP of Adult Clinical Services.

Requirements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW).
- Minimum of five years’ clinical experience; preference is for experience in in-patient hospital setting, group homes, or residential treatment facilities
- Minimum of three years in a management role, responsible for multiple team members
- Knowledge of behavioral health regulations, treatment planning, and case management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and crisis intervention skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours in a 24-hour facility setting.
- Obtain a health clearance form from a medical provider.
- Obtain a negative tuberculosis screening. Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to lift/carry 20 pounds.
- Ability to engage in moderate frequency of computer work.
- Computer literacy in electronic medical records, Microsoft Office, and email required.

- Ability to utilize evidenced-based interventions in regards behavioral management.
