OBJECTIVE/PURPOSE
The Office Administrator position will work in a payroll team providing support in multiple payroll functions. This position will be able to multitask in a very high-paced environment with the ability to change their direction as needed. The Office Administrator position requires an individual to be organized and detail oriented with above-average communication and interpersonal skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Payroll: providing support as a 3rd role in payroll group
- Performs Certified Payroll tasks for SNC & Subcontracts
- Uploading in LCP Tracker and submitting to all agencies weekly
- Communicating with public agencies as necessary
- Update and upload fringe benefit payments.
- New hire data entering
- Employee customer service
Accounts Payable Support:
- Invoices
- Credit Cards – reconciliation and input.
- Statement Review
- Vendor Relations
- Troubleshooting Issues
- Missing invoices
- Management holds.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· High school diploma or equivalent required with two years of relevant experience required. Experience in the construction industry preferred.
· Excellent time management and organizational skills required.
· Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
· Must be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
· Knowledge of Heavy Job, E360 and Spectrum is preferred.
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
· This position requires a pre-employment drug test.
