Summary:
Sierra-Olympia Technologies Inc. is in search of a Multimedia Specialist to help produce content for product marketing, social media, trade shows, corporate events and more. Located in the stunning Columbia River Gorge, our diverse team of engineers, designers, and industry professionals with a wide variety of backgrounds and skill sets is seeking a multimedia specialist to help create content that showcases the full potential of our products and team!
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing and engineering team on consistent video projects such as tech talks, webinars, how-to videos, technical product videos and more.
- Monitor YouTube analytics with ability to analyze success or failure.
- Support marketing efforts of company product launches with media content deliverables.
- Manage consistent visual brand presence through photography, videography.
- Create and edit high quality product shots, staff headshots and lifestyle images.
- Good practices in digital file naming conventions, cloud storage and folder organization for use by internal team.
- Support Director of Marketing and Sales Team in successful trade show imagery and display execution
- Ability to craft and post a message for social media.
- Maintain a collaborative and collegial relationship with all team members at all levels of the company.
Qualifications:
- Adobe Photoshop, Premiere and After Effects
- Knowledge of planning and directing photoshoots and equipment including cameras, lighting, sound or other accessories.
- Collaborate with marketing team on concept through production of interesting thermal camera videos and marketing applications.
- Postproduction experience editing videos and applying branded styles to create engaging content
- Experience with digital communication tools such as video call, team chats, and email
- Online Portfolio of work related to this skill set
Working Conditions: This is a Full-time, onsite position, based in our beautiful Hood River office - right on the Columbia River waterfront.
