Commercial Building Inspection/Property Condition Assessment Project Manager
Sierra Piedmont Engineers & Geologists (N. Metro Atlanta) is seeking to retain an experienced commercial building inspector/assessor to join our Real Estate Due Diligence team.
The position will include completing projects nationwide and utilizing your project management skills in a self-directed way to conduct site visits, write Property Condition Assessment (PCA) reports and to prepare the environmental Phase I.
The position is an upper staff to project management position and requires at least 5 years of experience in this service area. The successful candidate will have a construction services background, and preferably a B.S. in construction management/technology, engineering, or architecture, and be able to show examples of contributing to a client execution team while exhibiting a high degree of self-direction. The right candidate will have a strong work ethic, have excellent organizational abilities and have a passion for satisfying clients.
As an environmental professional with Sierra Piedmont, you’ll work closely with other technical and client facing personnel to execute The Superior Client Experience in our industry and make significant contributions to the success of the firm and team.
