Spill Prevention Control & Countermeasure Plan (SPCC) Project Manager
Sierra Piedmont is seeking to retain an experienced Spill Prevention Control & Countermeasure Project Manager with a passion for client service to join our fast-paced and growing company. This position is a career track position within the environmental engineering and geological consulting industry and requires at least 5 years of proven leadership and project execution skills in this service area.
The successful candidate will have a B.S. or M.S. in engineering and be able to show solid examples of contributing to a client execution team while exhibiting a high degree of self-direction.
The right candidate will be a master multi-tasker with a high energy level, strong work ethic, and excellent organization abilities including initiating projects, completing site visits (nationwide), and writing SPCC reports.

Required Skills and Experience
- Execution of SPCC's, including site visit, report writing
- At least three years in the skill set
- Highly self-directed and organized
- Project management (fully executing scope of work, ensuring tasks meet state/federal regulations while adhering to cost and time budgets
Desired Skills and Experience
- Executing Stormwater Pollution Prevention & Countermeasure Plans (SWPPP)
- Environmental auditing, permit preparation, regulatory and environmental compliance reporting
- Proposal generation
