• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, enforcing best practices.

• MuleSoft & ASF: Strong hands-on experience in MuleSoft, API design, ASF-based integration, and middleware technologies.

• Siebel CRM (Preferred): Familiarity with Siebel workflows, business components, and data structures; ability to map them to Salesforce equivalents.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities in Agile and cross-functional environments.
