Job Summary
We are seeking a UI Path Developer to join our team and support a key financial services client in their ongoing efforts to optimize automation and retire legacy bots. This role is an integral part of our roadmap to improve automation across the organization, and the ideal candidate will contribute significantly to the efficient, orderly transition of workflows and automation strategies.
Primary Responsibilities
- Workflow & Automation Analysis : Conduct in-depth analysis of current automation workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and alignment with business goals.
- Transition Roadmap Development : Create a clear and actionable transition roadmap, including timelines for redistributing existing bots to platforms such as ACUMEN, AI Agents, and Power BI.
- Collaboration & Knowledge Transfer : Work closely with the RPA team to document processes, facilitate knowledge transfer, and ensure a smooth transition from current automation solutions.
- Process Optimization : Provide strategic recommendations to streamline and potentially eliminate existing processes, helping the organization meet its long-term operational objectives.
- Testing & Quality Assurance : Perform testing and debugging of automation workflows to ensure quality, accuracy, and performance.
- Documentation : Create and maintain documentation for automation workflows, process maps, and knowledge transfer materials for other team members.
- Collaboration : Work with RPA teams and other stakeholders to ensure that automation solutions meet business needs, align with company strategies, and comply with best practices.
- Continuous Improvement : Stay up to date with the latest trends in RPA and UI Path technology and recommend improvements to existing automation processes.
