Primary Responsibilities
- Program Management:
- Lead the end-to-end management of multiple infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases of infrastructure programs.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams, internal clients, and external vendors.
- Facilitate clear communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and IT teams.
- Provide regular updates on project progress to leadership and escalate issues as needed.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead cross-functional teams including network engineers, system administrators, and third-party vendors to deliver complex infrastructure solutions.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure program or project management.
- Healthcare experience or knowledge of healthcare IT infrastructure is not required but preference given to candidate with some healthcare professional experience.
- Proven experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects, including data center migrations, network upgrades, cloud transitions, and systems integrations.
- Strong understanding of ITIL, PMP, Agile, or other project management frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment with changing priorities.
- Experience with vendor management, contract negotiation, and resource planning.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in PMP, ITIL, or Agile project management methodologies.
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and network/security systems.
- Experience in regulatory and compliance frameworks within healthcare (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH).
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or Asana).
