This individual will be responsible for the configuration and consulting required to optimize content workflows, compliance, and automation for key Veeva Vault modules including PromoMats, MedComms, DAM, and RIM. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Veeva solutions, exceptional workflow optimization skills, and the ability to drive business transformation.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with market leaders to understand business needs, content workflows, and compliance requirements for Veeva Vault (PromoMats, MedComms, DAM, RIM).
- Conduct thorough analysis and documentation of market-specific Veeva configurations, metadata structures, user roles, and workflow approvals.
- Define best practices for modular content management, digital asset taxonomy, MLR workflows, and compliance-driven content automation.
- Recommend scalable configurations, automation opportunities, and integration points with other platforms (e.g., DAMS, CRM, analytics tools).
- Provide ongoing configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization guidance to ensure smooth implementation and migration.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that Veeva Vault is aligned with company goals, compliance requirements, and workflow efficiencies.
- 8 years of Veeva Configuration, Implementation, and Consulting experience, with a strong focus on the Veeva Vault suite (PromoMats, MedComms, DAM, RIM).
- Demonstrated expertise in workflow optimization for content management, MLR approvals, and compliance-driven automation.
- Extensive experience defining and implementing metadata structures, user roles, and workflow approvals in Veeva Vault.
- Strong understanding of Veeva Vault's capabilities and configurations, with the ability to advise on best practices and recommend scalable solutions.
- Ability to work closely with stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements for configuration and process improvements.
- Experience with integrating Veeva Vault with other platforms such as DAMS, CRM, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business needs.
