We are seeking a skilled CNC Press Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate press machines according to specifications and production schedules.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate production.
- Utilize measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers to verify dimensions of finished products.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including troubleshooting and minor repairs.
- Assemble components as required, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
- Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Press Operator or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks or similar CAD software is a plus.
- Experience with milling machines and welding techniques is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform precise measurements using micrometers and calipers.
- Basic programming skills for machine operation are desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a factory setting, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and teamwork capabilities.
