We offer 139 licensed beds with a large variety of medical equipment and services to meet each individual's needs. Sierra Valley Rehab Center offers individualized, 24-hour nursing care, and we strive to provide each patient with caring quality outcomes.

  • Certified Nursing Assistant(CNA) with a passion for working with seniors.
  • Must have the ability to communicate well in writing and verbally in English.
  • Trainable and able to follow instructions and implement them.
  • Able to make independent decisions and apply critical thinking.
  • Must be a dedicated, compassionate, and caring team player. Required license :
  • CNA Certification in California
