Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Fabricate parts as needed to ensure equipment is operational.
- Perform residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic appeal.
- Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate schedules for repairs and projects.
- Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to guide repairs.
- Work with logic controllers to troubleshoot automated systems.
- Utilize an ohmmeter and other tools for electrical diagnostics.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues effectively

Leadership skills to supervise a team effectively while ensuring quality work.
- Familiarity with electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
- Ability to read schematics and understand complex technical documents.
Experience in residential painting is a plus but n techniques for repairs and fabrication tasks.ot required.

Pay: $17.86 - $22.48 per hour
