What You’ll Do :
As an Executive Assistant supporting one of our co-founders at Sierra, you will provide a wide range of strategic and administrative support to our leadership team, including :
- Proactively manage the co-founder’s calendar, coordinating appointments, travel, and meetings.
- Draft correspondence and responses on behalf of the co-founder, while also managing their inbox.
- Liaise with internal staff and other stakeholders on behalf of the co-founder.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion with all materials and information.
- Establish new—and improve existing—administrative systems and processes.
