Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google's AR / VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
What you'll do
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Agent Development teams to coordinate and drive customer meeting outcomes.
- Manage end-to-end GTM processes, including building pricing proposals, developing customer presentations, and delivering financial analyses to enable team success.
- Identify inefficiencies in current GTM operations and design scalable solutions to support Sierra's needs in a hypergrowth environment.
- Serve as a versatile and proactive team player, taking on both foundational tasks and high-impact strategic initiatives that enable the GTM team's success.
- Track and analyze critical GTM ops data points, delivering actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement across GTM efforts.
