Get to Know This Role
This supervisor leads the team responsible for maintaining the brewery and the guest facing spaces. This role ensures that the facility remains pristine and provides an exceptional experience for all visitors. The supervisor coordinates facility-wide housekeeping and sanitation duties, ensuring the space is welcoming and well-maintained. This position involves working across all areas of the brewery to maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere enhancing the guest experience, while also supporting the operational needs of the facility.

Please Note: This is a 3rd shift opening! Sunday - Thursday (8pm - 4:30am)
What You Will Do
- Supervise and motivate a team to maintain over 300,000 sq ft property including restaurant, event spaces, production facilities, and surrounding grounds.
- Builds people capability through effective hiring, scheduling, training, and communication of front-line hourly personnel.
- Perform regular inspections of spaces to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as needed.
- Ensures compliance with all health & safety regulations. Cultivates a strong safety culture by recognizing and reinforcing safe behaviors, proactively addressing potential hazards, and identifying and addressing root causes of safety incidents.
- Ensure cleaning protocols adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) across the building and grounds and are consistently executed through a comprehensive Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) to ensure compliance and maintain accurate records for audits and inspections.
- Tracks key performance indicators/costs, anticipating and correcting trends which would compromise achievement of department and company goals.
- Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of all department equipment, including power washers, carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, and other industrial cleaning tools, ensuring they are serviced, repaired, and operational.
- Manage and coordinate third party contracts for janitorial services and specialized services and monitor vendor performance.
- Administers and develops procedures, check sheets, and training related to front line activities.
- This role will require you to occasionally operate a forklift, man lift, and industrial cleaning equipment.
- This role requires you to work off-shift and weekend work.
Please Apply if You Have
- Associate's Degree Or any combination of experience and or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved required
- 3 years janitorial, sanitation, manufacturing or other related fields required and
- 1 year Supervisory experience required
- Competent with the Microsoft Office suite of programs (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power BI)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), with the ability to implement and maintain cleaning and sanitation protocols that meet industry standards and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Forklift Certification within 30 Days required
- Boom Lift Certification within 30 Days required
- Lock Out Tag Out Certification within 30 Days required
- Scissor Lift Certification within 30 Days required
