SierTek Ltd. is seeking two Data Scientists to support an opportunity in Quantico, VA.

Position Overview :

This contract provides specialized support services to a federal agency, delivering expertise in areas such as program and project management, data analysis, requirements development, and technical evaluation. The contractor will assist in enhancing operational capabilities, supporting organizational efficiency, and addressing emerging challenges critical to mission success.

Essential Job Functions

• Conduct long-term data and trend analysis to identify systemic vulnerabilities and high priority threats and recommend strategies to mitigate threats and challenges to the supply chain.
• Provide subject matter expertise to support data integration between current and future DCSA enterprise systems in coordination with the DCSA personnel assist with the design of data architecture and data lake functionality and provide IS stakeholders with best practices for implementing artificial intelligence and machine learning, aligned to DoD data strategies with consideration of any governance challenges the implementation may pose in the future.

This includes projects to develop, demonstrate and evaluate platform cyber systems, weapon systems and communication mission systems used for information collection and dissemination to detect, identify, assess, exploit, or neutralize threats to the United States (US) and its interests. The threats are not limited to counterintelligence, but include cyberwarfare, cyberterrorism, and protection of critical infrastructure.
