SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Library Registrar Tech to support an opportunity at Wright Patt AFB.

The Library Registrar Technician will assist the lead medical librarian in the inventory of the library collection.
Essential Job Functions :
- Ensure books are properly arranged.
- assist the circulating desk and preform administrative functions.
- assist with the interlibrary loan (ILL) program to include confirming citations, processing requests, ordering items from other libraries, controlling items received from other libraries, and ensuring timely return of borrowed materials.
- assist in the collection of library statistics, digitization of select library materials, library staff and patrons with the use of library materials and facilities.
- assist academic management staff with planning, organizing, and developing current and long-range scheduling for all formal courses, and manages quotas for the USAFSAM education and training program.
- serves as advisor for USAFSAM data in the Air Force Military Personnel Data system (MilPDS);
- programs, manages, and distributes the allocation of funded and unfunded student quotas to MAJCOM and functional training managers for USAFSAM courses through MilPDS;
- collaborate with USAFSAM Training Coordinators to provide analysis on student production (including programmed versus actual student entries) to determine impact, program deviations, elimination, wash back and student advancement trends.
