Position Overview Section
Provides master-level analyst services to production, management, and financial customers, and identifies cost, schedule and performance factors. Applies master-level analytical techniques to highly complex processes and analyses for various government programs and program activities. Uses cost-modeling, business case / best value analysis, market research, strategic planning, and program management technics to identify potential problem areas and provide qualitative and quantitative results. Drafts task proposal requirements, gathers key information, analyzes data, prepares draft progress reports, compares technical alternatives and cost options, and provides / supports briefings on the program findings to users and customers.
