SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a PROGRAM POLICY SUPPORT to support an opportunity at WPAFB, Ohio.
POSITION OVERVIEW SECTION
Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions. Shall collect and analyze data and develop decision support software, services, or products. May develop and supply optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation.
Essential Job Functions
- Provide program policy support that will require broad knowledge and understanding of missions, policies, and objectives of USAF and USSF organizations, personnel programs, processes, force management principles (e.g., selection, classification, utilization, sustainment, attrition/retention, testing programs.
- Assist in the development and management of the strategic personnel research and planning process.
- Assist in developing procedures to support the strategic research planning process; soliciting Requests for Personnel Research from across the Air Force (e.g., career field managers, training managers, organizations with responsibility for talent management including Air Education and Training Command (AETC), Air University, Air Force Reserve Officer Training Command (AFROTC), Air Force Recruiting Service (AFRS), Air Force Reserve, Air National Guard, United States Air Force Academy (USAFA), Office of Leadership and Economic Analysis (OLEA), Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), Air Force/ Surgeon General (AF/SG), United States Space Force (USSF), etc.).
- Support program processes including interaction with DoD organizations, Air Force functional communities, and other programs and offices.
- Develop talking papers, briefings and policy documents; support working groups.
- Support policy oversight for operational testing and survey programs.
- Assist in identification of systems and processes that facilitate greater access and sharing of various types of data that can support talent management.

Minimum Position Requirements
- Be able to perform at least Junior level responsibilities, for the above tasks, and may be able to provide SME level responsibilities and duties.
