SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a RESEARCH SUPPORT COORDINATOR to support an opportunity at WRIGHT PATTERSON, AFB, Ohio.
POSITION OVERVIEW SECTION
Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Includes program analysts and management consultants.
Essential Job Functions
- Prepare evidence-based topical papers to provide decision support in the human resources domain. The topical papers will follow guidelines established in the Center for Evidence Based Management Critically Appraised Topic methodology (see https://cebma.org/assets/Uploads/CEBMa-CAT-Guidelines.pdf). These are very quick turn research products using literature review and best available evidence to support decisions.
- Conduct literature reviews.
- Prepare briefings and technical reports.
- Conduct data analyses.
- Format tests and test content.
- Assist in test banking of assessment questions.
- Design surveys.
- With guidance, contribute to the development of project deliverables such as structured interviews, competency models, test items, etc.
Minimum Position Requirements
- Be able to perform at least Junior level responsibilities, for the below tasks, and may be seeking a degree in a STEM related area.
