As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Partnerships Manager to join our team in The United States.
While traditional sales develop clients directly, Partnerships develop relationships to generate sales and innovative product opportunities. At Sievo, the Partnerships team is responsible for finding and nurturing partnerships that help generate ~33% of new sales each year and several product innovations. This means working with a wide range of different partner companies : top-tier management consultancies, best-of-breed procurement software vendors, leading data providers, as well as influencers in the procurement space.
As a Partnerships Manager, you would :
- Find new prospective partners, contact them, and help them see the value proposition of collaborating with Sievo.
- Nurture the existing relationships to equip them with the best tools and knowledge to bring sales opportunities to Sievo.
- Work with existing partners to review pipeline and targets, do joint business planning, and assist them when it comes to customer acquisition.
- Assist Sales in bringing deals to successful closure.
- Partner with the Product team to bring innovative data providers to improve the Sievo core-product. Work internally with other Sievonians, bringing together folks from multiple teams to provide a seamless partner experience. This position reports directly to VP, Partnerships.
- Provide active support and improvement ideas to our existing partnership practices.
What typically gives a good starting point for our next Partnerships Manager?
We are looking for a candidate that already has a few years' experience in partner management, account management, sales, and / or management consulting. We value the understanding of sales, the enjoyment of working with external stakeholders, an analytical mindset, and possessing a certain intellectual curiosity for learning, as well as the drive to get things done.
