We are currently seeking a Brand Specialist to join our team! This position is responsible for managing and integrating SIF’s visual brand identity, brand voice, and cultural approach across business operations, communication channels, and digital customer interfaces. Collaborates with SIF leaders across the company as well as external contractors to create content and manage external communications. The core function of this role is to drive brand engagement and loyalty among stakeholders while ensuring customer experience, branding, and communication efforts align across business units.
We’ll be looking for YOU to :
- Identify actionable trends in the insurance market and develop strategies that differentiate SIF’s brand in the Idaho marketplace.
- Collaborate with SIF business teams to ensure our external business communication is aligned with SIF’s brand strategy, providing the vision to help optimize the teams’ effectiveness of content delivery.
- Partner with core business and IT teams to improve customer experiences and communication across SIF platforms and interfaces.
- Partner with business managers to create compelling, optimized content for LinkedIn, landing pages, and other key communication channels.
- Track omnichannel analytics. Understand, analyze, and inform SIF’s management teams regarding brand and communication opportunities as SIF expands and refines its digital engagement of our customers.
- Assist all departments with promotional efforts including purchase of branded giveaways, exhibitor booth designs, public messaging, and more.
- Maintain strong relationships with our internal charitable-giving and culture committees to ensure activities and communications are aligned and support SIF’s brand.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify audience perception of SIF, workers’ compensation market trends, and assess competitor strategies.
- Establish, coordinate, and oversee relationships with key outside contractors to ensure customer experience and brand and communication refinement efforts align across business units.
