Siffrin is a non-profit organization that helps men and women with developmental disabilities live happy and supported lives. We are looking for a caring and energetic person to lead one of our homes.
Your Role:
As a Home Manager, you will:
- Run the daily operations of the home
- Supervise and support our amazing staff
- Take care of our residents and ensure they are happy and safe
- Work with other professionals to provide the best support for our residents
- Create a positive and respectful environment for everyone
- Make sure we follow all rules and regulations
What You Need:
- A high school diploma or GED (a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus)
- At least two years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to submit to a background check
- A positive and compassionate attitude
