The salary range for this role is $59,740 to $105,000. Siffron considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.

JOB SUMMARY
The Production Supervisor will plan, direct, and coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001in addition to Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost by supervising and coordinating the activities of production : such as scheduling, machine operators, machine set-up workers, packers and plant maintenance.
As a link between production staff and upper management, the Production Supervisor monitors workflow, assesses and allocates resources, and collaborates with other departments to address any issues that may impact production schedules. This role requires strong organizational skills, strong leadership, and the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively while staying adaptable to the fast-paced nature of manufacturing. Additionally, Production Supervisors must continuously seek opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce costs without compromising quality.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m. Regular attendance is expected and required. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
