Essential Functions
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees, developing personal growth opportunities.
- Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
- Meets maintenance operational standards by contributing maintenance information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems.
- Meets maintenance financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.
- Evaluates functionality and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by conferring with operating departments, identifying problems and requirements.
- Maintains function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by implementing a preventative maintenance program; operating and testing systems and equipment; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts.
- Improves function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by studying performance results, identifying, recommending, and implementing changes, expansions, and additions.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal codes and regulations.
- Creates and maintains a PM schedule for manufacturing equipment and building equipment.

- Supervises Maintenance Technicians and Electricians
- Full-time, Monday to Friday from 6:00AM to 3:30PM
- 8-10 years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment required.
- 5 years of supervisory or management experience required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Trade certification preferred: HVAC, Electrical, PLC or Plumbing.
- Background in lean manufacturing or other continuous improvement methods or programs preferred.
- Demonstrated history of leadership, change management, process improvement.
- Knowledge of Electronics Troubleshooting, Technical Leadership, Technical Understanding, and Equipment Maintenance.
- Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend work orders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well with others or in an individual capacity.
- Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic blueprints.
- Valid Driver’s License
