Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and/or enablement related field/training and learning development for a SaaS company that included teams of technical customer-facing roles.

What you’ll do:
Technical Training Development:
- Design and implement a comprehensive technical training program for a technical audience, including customer experience, sales engineering, customers, and partners.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align training initiatives with business goals and product roadmap.
- Develop and deliver training content on product usability, functionality, and troubleshooting.
- Create and update training materials when new features are added, or existing features are changed.
- Implement continuous development training to ensure consistent baseline knowledge.
- Establish certification programs to validate and enhance technical proficiency across customer-facing teams, customers, and partners.
- Create and maintain technical enablement materials, including guides, tutorials, FAQs, and best practices in collaboration with other product and product marketing teams.
- Work with product and marketing teams to ensure consistent and high-quality messaging.
- Define metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders to improve enablement initiatives.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and/or enablement related field/training and learning development for a SaaS company that included teams of technical customer-facing roles.
Experience:
- 5 years in technical roles within SaaS or technology companies, with at least 2 years in an enablement or learning leadership capacity.
- Proven experience developing and delivering technical training and enablement programs.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity or fraud prevention architectures, APIs, integrations, and cloud technologies.
- Proficiency with tools like LMS platforms, documentation software, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
