Sifted kitchens are zero food waste with all food scraps being composted and all leftovers being donated everyday. About the role
Sifted is building out a brand new, dynamic corporate catering space in Bellevue, and needs a highly motivated Asian Culinary Specialist to help launch in the Spring of this year.
The Asian Concept Lead Line Cook will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Wok station, covering Korean, Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese and Japanese cuisine, offering a daily rotating menu of specialty dishes to excite our customers. They will be involved in all aspects of the concept from ordering to execution and work closely alongside the Executive Chef to ensure all safety standards are met.
This Monday- Friday role would be perfect for a passionate chef with Asian food experience ready to take a step into a leadership role in a supportive and exciting environment.

Eligibility : This position must maintain a ServSafe Food Handler certification (Sifted will pay for certification)
Work environment : This position is based in a commercial kitchen
Physical requirements : This position requires standing for up to 6 hours at a time and moving equipment up to 50 lbs.
The pay range for this role is :
