Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound sales development or lead generation, preferably in a B2B SaaS or logistics-related environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport quickly.*
- Comfortable with cold calling and emailing, demonstrating a tenacity and self-starter.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet or exceed performance metrics.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, VidYard) to track and manage leads.
- Knowledge of the e-commerce or shipping industry is a plus, but not required.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A passion for learning, personal development, and career growth.
- Initiate and nurture an active pipeline of 100-300 meaningful business accounts with prospective clients to discover the key challenges they face.*
- Must be able to work out of our Kansas City, MO office.*
- Limitless ambition, client-focused, and goal orientation.
- Lead generation or prospecting experience is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of the parcel industry is a plus, but not required.
- Previous inside sales experience with software is a plus.
- Work as a contributing member of a department whose focus is to develop new business for the company's continued double and triple year-over-year growth.
- Strong compensation plan with base plus commission.
