About the role
The People Operations Specialist / Recruiter will report directly to the People Operations Generalist and will assist in all aspects of HR and recruiting. The main focus will be to successfully recruit talent in a high volume recruiting environment as well as to onboard them to the Sifted team. The ideal candidate enjoys recruiting as well as executing on HR activities.
What you"ll be doing
Post, renew and maintain job ads for assigned positions on multiple job boards, with attention to budget
Conduct phone screens
Conduct bi-weekly orientation meetings for new hires to establish genuine connection, gain buy in, embody the Sifted brand;

Work environment : This position is remotely based in Seattle or San Francisco with occasional work in a commercial kitchen or office setting
