- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Utilize leadership skills to motivate team members and drive results
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus, especially in Spanish
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in software tools like Salesforce for managing customer relationships
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is highly desirable
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully
