Overview: As a People Partner, you will be a key strategic partner to leaders across the organization, helping to shape and execute people strategies that align with our business goals. You will have the opportunity to work hands-on with the Sales organization across various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, talent development, performance management, and HR operations. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach to problem-solving.

- Serve as backup for our Talent Acquisition Partner and support the sales organization with the recruitment of high-performing talent
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing proactive and strategic HR guidance
- Help shape our growing company’s organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies
- Utilize HR metrics and employee feedback to drive data-informed decisions
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture that reflects our company values
- Support managers in building strong, engaged teams in a rapidly evolving environment
- Lead engagement initiatives and drive action plans to enhance employee satisfaction
- Provide hands-on support in employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution
- Design and execute talent development programs, including leadership coaching and career pathing
- Manage performance management processes, ensuring employees receive regular feedback and development opportunities
- Ensure HR policies and practices align with company goals while maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 5 years of generalist HR experience, ideally in a high-growth medical device, biotech, or healthcare environment
- Comfortable working in a lean People team, wearing multiple hats, and driving initiatives with limited resources
- Strong ability to partner with sales leadership and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong interest in Recruitment and previous experience is a plus
- Experience managing employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
- A balance of strategic thinking and a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach.

- Quarterly travel for a few days is expected
