The Facilities Maintenance HVAC Technician provides maintenance services for Sight & Sound properties including HVAC equipment, vehicles, and all S&S buildings and properties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with HVAC equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks and inspections with HVAC equipment.
- Carry out repairs for HVAC components and oversee replacement of HVAC equipment.
- Contribute to the overall upkeep and integrity of all Sight & Sound buildings and properties.
- Support the maintaining of departmental and facility equipment, vehicles, inspections, and cleaning.
- Partner to create and maintain an orderly, clean, and safe work environment to include all grounds and facility working areas.
Prerequisites:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven problem solver
- Positive attitude with a servant-hearted nature
- Detail oriented
- Experience in driving equipment and vehicles that are used on a large commercial facility
- Valid driver's license
