The Sales Associate will function as a member of the Retail Team and will provide friendly and efficient service to Sight and Sound Theatre's guests and employees in concessions, merchandise, and other areas of guest services.
Responsibilities Include:
- Consistently practice "Outstanding" customer service with both external and internal guests.
- Utilize sales techniques and product knowledge to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Assist in all areas of guest services as assigned, including, but not limited to Concessions, Retail, Almond Stations, Theater Carts, and Usher/Greeting.
- Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards, including all stocking responsibilities.
- Become fully competent with Point of Sale and inventory systems, including completing transactions quickly and accurately.
Requirements Include:
- Excellent interpersonal skills contributing to a positive work environment.
- Outgoing, Approachable, Personable, Flexible, Adaptable, and Even-Tempered.
- Willingness to work flexible hours: Friday evenings and Saturday's required.
- Excellent Communication Skills, high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
- Effective time management skills.
- Strong team player with ability to make a great, positive, long lasting first impression.
