The Sales Associate is responsible for providing the highest quality customer service for external and internal guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- At all times, practice the highest level of quality customer service with both external and internal guests.
- Focus on guest needs, external and internal, with the intention of fulfilling those needs.
- Become fully competent with POS and inventory so that transactions are completed quickly and accurately.
- Learn and implement business policy and procedures as they apply to all duties and aspects of the job.
Prerequisites:
- Excellent interpersonal skills contributing to a positive work environment
- Knowledge of and commitment to excellent customer service
- Basic computer knowledge and skills
- Cash handling and reconciliation
- Experience with basic food preparation and sales
- Demonstrate commitment to team members
- Effective time management skills, including the ability to anticipate work needing to be done
