About the Role
This position at Sight & Sound requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support and communicate between Concept Artists, 3D Artists, Media Artists, and Show Logistics. The successful candidate will focus on maximizing team effectiveness by providing project management support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Art & Media team, including schedule coordination, purchasing, and documentation processing.
- Support Art & Media projects by efficiently managing competing priorities and streamlining processes.
- Collaborate with the Art & Media Manager to develop and maintain project timelines using project management tools.
- Identify and address resource gaps to ensure project success.
- Communicate updates and changes promptly to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate interdepartmental meetings, manage logistics, and facilitate follow-up.
- Foster a positive team environment through servant-leadership and collaboration.
- Maintain the training document library and aid the Art & Media Manager in changeover content revision requests.
