What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Associate (Full-Time) position at Sight & Sound?

The Sales Associate will function as a member of the Retail Team and will provide friendly and efficient service to Sight and Sound Theatre's guests and employees in concessions, merchandise, and other areas of guest services.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Consistently practice "Outstanding" customer service with both external and internal guests.
- Utilize sales techniques and product knowledge to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Assist in all areas of guest services as assigned, including, but not limited to Concessions, Retail, Almond Stations, Theater Carts, and Usher / Greeting.
- Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards, including all stocking responsibilities.
- Become fully competent with Point of Sale and inventory systems, including completing transactions quickly and accurately.
Prerequisites :
In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
