Position Summary: The Vice President, Finance will play a critical role in overseeing all financial operations of the organization. This individual will be responsible for managing financial activities to maximize company profits while ensuring long-term growth and stability. The VP, Finance will analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership to support informed decision-making.

Job Duties & Essential Functions:

• Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, audits, and tax preparation.
• Develop and implement effective tracking methods for revenue and expenses, providing monthly budget-to-actual reports.
• Assist the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in leading and managing the annual budgeting process.
• Analyze financial data for forecasting, focusing on profits, trends, costs, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate the preparation of annual, quarterly, and monthly financial reports for lenders and private equity investors.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial statement reporting.
• Collaborate with independent tax preparers to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the CFO to achieve company goals and meet deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles.
• 5 years of management and leadership experience.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and collaborate with senior executives and team members.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

 Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• Hybrid work environment

Salary Range:

• $220,000 – $250,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
