We are seeking a seasoned Project Delivery Manager to oversee large-scale CRM / ERP custom implementations, managing delivery services and product management across diverse teams. This role combines project management, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder engagement to drive successful outcomes.
You’ll act as a Senior Project Manager, Release Engineer, and Engagement Manager, ensuring seamless delivery by coordinating with third-party consultants and managing onshore and offshore teams. Your technical background and Agile experience will be critical in overseeing the delivery lifecycle, from planning to release, with a focus on collaboration, quality, and efficiency.
Responsibilities :
- Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication for custom implementations.
- Act as Scrum Master, driving Agile practices and facilitating sprint planning.
- Oversee third-party consultants, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.
