Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be trained in social media management, affiliate program management, and TikTok shop management. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about the beauty industry and has a keen interest in leveraging social media and affiliate marketing to drive brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management:
- Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and authentic manner.
- Affiliate Program Management:
- Support the management of Sigma Beauty’s affiliate program, including recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing communication with affiliates.
- Analyze affiliate performance and provide recommendations to optimize partnerships and increase sales.
- Collaborate with affiliates to create compelling content that aligns with Sigma Beauty’s brand values.
- TikTok Shop Management:
- Assist in the setup and management of Sigma Beauty’s TikTok shop, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Collaborate with the content creation team to develop engaging TikTok videos that showcase our products and promote sales.
- Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends and best practices to maximize reach and engagement.
- Content Creation:
- Contribute to the development of creative and engaging content related to makeup application, beauty tips, and product usage.
- Collaborate with influencers and content creators to produce authentic and relatable content that resonates with our audience.
Campaign Assistance: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals and audience preferences.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and Gen Z preferences within the beauty space to inform strategy and content ideas.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 1 year in a digital marketing or social media role, ideally within the beauty industry.
Skills:
Proficient in Canva for creating visually appealing content.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok.
Familiarity with influencer marketing trends and Gen Z culture.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
