Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a NETA Level 2 or P&C Relay Technician at Sigma C Power Services. The role is located in Florida. The NETA or Relay Technician will be responsible for day-to-day testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical power systems, including protective relay equipment, switchgear, and transformers.
Qualifications
- NETA Level 2 certification or higher experience
- Experience in testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of protective relay equipment and electrical power systems including medium voltage switchgear
- Knowledge of transformers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to produce written test plans
- Experience with power system analysis software is a plus
- Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related work experience
