Sigma Continental is actively seeking experienced CDL A truck drivers to join our team for dedicated team runs. Immediate positions are available!

As a Contracted Service Provider for FedEx Ground based out of the Lehigh Hub, we are looking for experienced drivers who place safety as their top priority to enhance our workforce. Our commitment is to deliver prompt, respectful, and top-notch service to both our team members and customers.

We offer competitive compensation packages, brand-new equipment, industry-leading benefits, and holiday pay. Currently, we have openings for dedicated team positions out of the Lehigh Hub in Northampton, Pennsylvania.

Teams will have 24 / 7access to our operations team and receive assistance with any on-the-road issues that may arise.

CDL Team Schedule / Shifts :

  • Dedicated Team Runs Out of Northampton, PA.

Perks :

  • No Touch Freight - Drop & Hook
  • Dedicated Runs - Terminal to Terminal
  • 2024 Freightliner Cascadia 126 Automatic

    • Compensation :

  • Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • 80 Cents Per Mile (Team Split)
  • Earn $1,900 - $2,200 (Paid Weekly)
  • Weekly Minimum Compensation
  • Bonus Pay
  • Safety Bonus Pay

    • Benefits :

  • 401(K) Matching after 1 year
  • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance after 60 days
  • Paid Time Off - 1 Week Paid Time Off After 1 Year of Employment, 2 Weeks Paid Time Off After 2 Years of Employment.

    • Qualifications :

  • Minimum Age of 21
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • 12 Months of Verifiable Tractor-Trailer Experience Within the Last 3 Years, or; 5 Years Within the Last 10 Years.
  • Doubles Endorsement (Doubles Experience Not Required – Must Have Endorsement Before Start Date)
  • Clean MVR
  • Ability to Pass Drug Screen
  • Valid DOT Medical Card
  • No Cell Phone or Texting Tickets
