Industrial Shift Production Worker
Sigma, Inc. is currently looking for a highly motivated and organized Industrial Shift Production Worker to work onsite with our team located at our Hicksville facility. As an integral part of our production team, you will be responsible for meeting production demands while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Take direction from supervisors to meet production demands while maintaining quality and safety standards.
* Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks, adhering to company policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with colleagues to optimize workflow and resolve any issues that may arise.
**Requirements:**
* 18 years or older.
* Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions, and possess basic mathematical skills.
* Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing, and other active movements.
* Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform duties while wearing personal protective equipment.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* High School diploma or GED-equivalent.
* Bilingual - Spanish.
