Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 5-8 years of sales experience, preferably in strategic account management or national sales.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in industrial packaging or a related industry is a plus.
- Sales Expertise: Proven ability to manage large-volume, multi-location accounts with a consultative sales approach.
- CRM Proficiency: Strong competency with CRM tools for tracking customer interactions and sales progress.
- Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability to present, influence, and close deals effectively at all organizational levels, including C-suite executives.
- Time Management & Organization: Exceptional ability to manage multiple accounts and sales activities efficiently.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
