Overnight Sanitation
· Clean and Sanitize all production areas
· Lifting/Pulling/Pushing up to 50lbs
· Have knowledge of all chemicals used in area
· Remove all meat and trash from floor
· Be willing to rotate jobs
· Have knowledge of Sanitation Procedures
· Know and understand Safety Guidelines
· Other jobs as assigned
