Director of Marketing Operations

About The Role

We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Director of Marketing Operations to lead and scale our marketing systems, processes, and performance reporting. This role is critical in helping Sigma’s marketing team drive pipeline and revenue growth by building a foundation of operational excellence and accountability. You will partner closely with Demand Gen, Content Marketing, RevOps, the Data Team, and Sales to optimize the marketing engine across the funnel.

What You’ll Do

• Own the marketing tech stack ensuring systems are fully integrated and optimized to support campaign execution and lead management.
• Define and manage lead lifecycle processes, lead scoring, routing, and attribution models in close collaboration with Sales and RevOps.
• Build dashboards and reports to measure campaign performance, funnel metrics, and marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue.
• Establish governance and QA processes to ensure data integrity, compliance (GDPR/CCPA), and consistent campaign execution.
• Partner with the CMO and finance teams on annual planning, budget forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Lead regular marketing performance reviews, helping the team understand what’s working, what’s not, and where to optimize.
• Evaluate, recommend, and onboard new marketing technologies as needed.
  
  
  

What You Bring

• 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3 years in a Marketing Ops leadership role.
• Deep expertise with marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), and BI/analytics tools (e.g. Sigma 😉).
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, data quality, and marketing performance.
• Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing strategy and how marketing contributes to pipeline generation and acceleration.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with ABM tools like 6sense or Demandbase.
  
  
  

Additional Job Details

The base salary range for this position is $200k - $230k annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work at Sigma Computing. This role is eligible for stock options, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
