149375 Laboratory Assistant I, Boston, MA, 3 Months Contract

Sigma, Inc is looking for a Laboratory Assistant I to work onsite within the Anatomic Pathology unit Department at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA.

Shift Timings : Monday -Friday, 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 30 PM

Job Description :

  • Collate Blocks from embedding stations
  • Coordinate staining of slides
  • Verify Slides / Blocks match for delivery to Attending slide boxes
  • Maintain staining equipment
  • Digitize Slides using Digital Pathology Scanner

Required :

  • High School Diploma experience is required.
  • Epic EMR experience is preferred.
  • Teaching facility experience not required
