About the Role
Supervise and manage the operation and inventory control, customer service and satisfaction at the point of sale, and achieve sales goals established.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere, addressing complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales and marketing efforts through promotional strategies, sales goal tracking, and sales data analysis to boost revenue.
- Oversee store operations, including compliance with health and safety regulations, inventory management, and daily order processing in SAP.
- Manage financial tasks such as monitoring budgets, handling payments and invoices, consolidating transactions, and preparing performance reports.
- Track and address inventory issues, including slow-moving and backlogged products, and ensure accurate adjustments in SAP and Shopify.
- Other duties as assigned
