SigmaSense is searching for a Director of Operations to help bring our exciting touch controllers to mass production. The role will be based with global colleagues at our Austin, TX location . Responsibilities Management of global supply chain, including wafer foundry and OSAT partners Inventory management Monthly S&OP and MOF processes Customer order tracking and fulfillment Engineering order tracking and fulfillment General procurement and company logistics Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related discipline 5 years in operations and / or procurement positions in a semiconductor hardware company Experience developing business relationships and managing supply chain partners Contract experience Detailed understanding of supply logistics and inventory management Experience with supply chain software tools Preferred Qualifications : Beyond operations experience, ideal candidate would also have experience with : o ERP software o Excel and / or Python macros o Small team management experience Who you are : Have a passion for solving challenging technical problems Data-driven Tech savvy Self-motivated Enjoy the excitement and chaos of startup environments Team player
