We are seeking a Activity Security Lead to join our team in Cape Canaveral. The ideal candidate must hold a Top Secret Clearance, with SCI eligibility, and possess 7-10 years experience working in classified environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Meet SCI and other classified requirements by managing billet plans, access rosters, and personnel files to ensure compliance
- Lead the contractor security support with task tracking and prioritization. Provide training, guidance, and feedback to team members
- Facilitate and support meetings for both internal and external customers. Foster strong relationships with other organizations and provide exceptional support to government and industry customers
- Ensure compliance with DoDM 5205.07 and Intelligence Community Directions (ICDs)
- Apply and adapt standard techniques to perform complex tasks with minimal guidance
- Ensure security compliance with classified information regulations, particularly within the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC)
- Implement and maintain security procedures for sensitive projects and facilities, including access control
- Assist government customers with compliance inspections
- Track and ensure compliance with annual security training requirements
- Process personnel clearances, including collateral, SCi, and other initial and ongoing reporting requirements
- Top Secret Clearance / SCI Eligibility
- Proven experience working in classified environments
- Familiarity with DoDM 5205.07 and Intelligence Community Directions (ICDs)
- Ability to execute intricate tasks with minimal supervision and cultivate the same proficiency in team members
- Strong understanding of security compliance with classified information regulations
